How can I leave special customization requests when placing an order?

If you want to request additional customizations beyond the standard options (such as adding a logo, patch, or extra text), please follow the steps below:
  • Add the product to your cart and click the “Checkout” button.

  • On the checkout page, scroll down to find the note box labeled: “What are your thoughts?”

  • In that box, please enter your custom request using the format below:

Product Name: [Insert exact name if your order has more than 2 items]
Additional Custom: [e.g., logo, text, rank, patch]
Request Details: [e.g., Add the 82nd Airborne insignia to the right side of the hat, below the US flag]

Important Notes:
  • Be as clear and detailed as possible.

  • Custom requests may require additional time to process or may not be available for all products.

  • If your request is not possible, our support team will reach out via email.
