Why can’t I add more products after I’ve already checked out

Once your order is placed, it cannot be edited

  • After you complete checkout and your payment is processed, the order is locked in our system and sent to production (especially for personalized items).

  • This means we cannot add new items to your existing order once it’s submitted.


What can you do instead?

If you forgot an item or want to purchase something else:

  • Simply place a new separate order on our website.

  • If the new order is placed within a few hours of the first one and shipping hasn’t started yet, feel free to contact us at
    ? support@vettailor.com
    We may be able to ship both orders together (not guaranteed).


Why is this policy in place?

  • Many of our items are made-to-order and go into production quickly.

  • To ensure timely delivery and customization accuracy, changes are restricted after checkout.
