If you created an account before or during checkout, you can log in anytime to check your order history, current statuses, and tracking numbers.
1. Log in to your VetTailor account
If you already have an account, go to: https://vettailor.com/sign-in
Enter your email and password
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your password?” to reset it
Don't have an account yet?
Create one here using the email you used at checkout: https://vettailor.com/sign-up
2. Open your “My Orders” dashboard
Once logged in:
Go to the “My Orders” or “Order History” section
You’ll see a list of all your orders associated with that account
3. Track your order status and shipment
Click on any Order Number to view:
Order status (In Processing / In Production / In Transit / Delivered)
Product details and personalization summary
Billing & shipping addresses
A tracking number (if shipped), with a direct link to track it
4. What if your order doesn’t appear?
This can happen if:
You checked out as a guest
You used a different email address
You created your account after placing the order
Solution:
Use our Order Tracking Page with your order number + email, or click “I forgot my order number” to look it up manually.
