Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount or promo code isn’t applying during checkout, don’t worry — there are several common reasons why this can happen. Let’s walk through each cause and how to fix it:

1. Code entered incorrectly

Cause: Typo, extra space, or wrong capitalization.
Fix: Copy and paste the code exactly as it was given. Avoid spaces before or after.

2. Code has expired

Cause: Some codes are valid for a limited time only.
Fix: Double-check the promotion end date. If you're unsure, email us at support@vettailor.com.

3. Code is for new customers only

Cause: Some offers (like first-time buyer discounts) can only be used once per person.
Fix: Log into your account to confirm your purchase history, or use a different valid code.

4. Code does not apply to items in your cart

Cause: Some codes are only valid for specific products, combos, or collections.
Fix: Read the promotion details carefully. Example: A code for “Polo Combo” won’t work on T-shirts or leather jackets.

5. You’ve already used the code

Cause: Most codes are limited to one-time use per customer.
Fix: Try another code or contact us if you believe it’s a mistake.

6. Trying to combine multiple discount codes

Cause: Only one discount code can be used per order.
