1. Check if your order is shipped in multiple packages
At VetTailor, we often ship items separately to ensure faster delivery.
For example: hats, T-shirts, and jackets may come from different warehouses and have different timelines.
What to do:
Go to your Shipping Confirmation Email or Order Tracking Page and check if there are:
Multiple tracking numbers
Items marked as “shipped separately” or “still in transit”
2. Review your entire package carefully
Small items like keychains or patches may be packed inside jackets, hats, or shirt folds.
Double-check the packaging and wrapping materials.
What to do:
Open all pockets, unfold garments, and check for small accessories hidden inside or underneath the main items.
3. Confirm what was included in your order summary
Compare what you received with your Order Confirmation Email or the Order Summary on the tracking page.
What to do:
Make sure the item you believe is missing was actually ordered and paid for under the same order number.
4. If you confirmed an item is missing, contact us
