After placing an order at VetTailor, you will receive two important emails that help you track the status and location of your package — no account needed.
1. Order Confirmation Email
Subject line: “Your VetTailor order is confirmed”
This email includes:
Your Order Number
List of items you ordered
Order summary and total cost
Estimated delivery timeframe
You can save your Order Number to track progress later via the Order Tracking Page.
2. Shipping Confirmation Email
Subject line: “Your VetTailor order is on its way!”
This is sent once your package ships, and includes:
A tracking number
A direct tracking link to check current status
Items included in the shipment
Shipping address and carrier (e.g., USPS)
Simply click the tracking link in the email to view real-time updates.
3. Your order may ship in multiple packages
If you ordered different items (e.g. jacket + hat), they might ship separately.
Each package will generate its own shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
Be sure to check your inbox for multiple emails if your order had more than one item.
4. Can’t find the email?
If you didn’t receive your order or shipping confirmation email:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
Search for “VetTailor” in your inbox
Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
