Why can’t I enter my shipping or billing information during checkout?

If you’re having trouble entering your shipping or billing details when placing an order, here are some common causes and how to fix them:


1. Page not loading or frozen

  • Possible cause: Slow internet connection or browser issue.

  • What to do:

    • Refresh the page.

    • Try using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).

    • Clear your browser cache or open in Incognito/Private mode.

2. Fields are greyed out or not clickable

  • Possible cause: Checkout session error.

  • What to do:

    • Click the cart icon ? → remove and re-add items to refresh your session.

    • Ensure all required fields (name, address, etc.) are filled properly.

    • Make sure your country and state/province are selected correctly.

3. Shipping not available to your location

  • Possible cause: We currently ship only to selected countries (mostly the U.S.).

  • What to do:

    • Make sure your shipping country is supported.

    • If your location isn't available, please contact us for assistance.

4. Billing info rejected or not accepted

  • Possible cause: Mismatch between billing address and card info.

  • What to do:

    • Double-check that your billing address matches the one linked to your credit/debit card.

    • Try using a different payment method.
