At VetTailor, most of our products are made-to-order — especially personalized items. Here's how the production and shipping process works, when to expect updates, and how to track your order properly.
1. When does my order go into production?
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order will be reviewed and prepared.
Orders typically enter production within 24 hours.
For personalized products (e.g. custom name, logo, rank), our team takes extra care to prepare your design before printing or embroidery begins.
⏱️ Estimated Production Time:
T-shirts, hats, polos: 2–4 business days
Jackets (leather, bomber): 4–6 business days
May vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
2. When will my order be shipped?
Once production is complete, your order is carefully packed and handed off to our shipping partner (e.g. USPS, UPS, local carriers depending on region).
⏱️ Estimated Shipping Times (after production):
Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Express Shipping: 8–12 business days
(business days = Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
3. Where can I check my tracking number?
You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order is shipped. It will include:
A clickable tracking number
Your shipping address
The items included in that shipment

4. How to check your tracking status
On the Order Tracking Page, you can track in two ways:
Option 1: With Order Number
Enter your Order Number and the Email used at checkout
Option 2: Forgot your Order Number?
Click “I forgot my order number”
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email
Then click “Find my orders” to see:
Order timeline (Processing → Production → In Transit → Delivered)
Tracking links for each shipment
Order summary and shipping address
Note on multi-item orders:
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if it contains different product types (e.g. jacket + hat).
Each package will have its own tracking number, listed separately in your order status.
