What do the different order status updates mean?
At VetTailor, we keep you updated throughout your order journey. Here’s what each order status means — so you always know what to expect:

Order Status Glossary

1. In Processing

✅ Your order has been received and is being reviewed
  • We’ve received your payment and started verifying your order details.

  • If your item includes personalization, this is when we prepare the custom design.

⏱️ How long? Usually 1–3 business days before moving to production.

2. In Production

Your item is being made, printed, or embroidered
  • For personalized items, we’re customizing your product exactly to your specs.

  • Production times vary depending on product type.

⏱️ How long?
  • T-shirts & hats: 2–4 business days

  • Jackets: 4–6 business days (Add 1–2 days during peak seasons)


3. In Transit

Your package has been shipped and is on the way
  • We’ve handed your order over to the shipping carrier.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

⏱️ Delivery time:
  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 8–12 business days (Varies by location)


4. Delivered

Your order was successfully delivered
  • According to the shipping carrier, your package has arrived at the address you provided.

If you didn’t receive it, check:
  • Mailbox, front door, garage, building office

  • Ask family members or neighbors

  • Contact USPS (? 1-800-275-8777)


 5. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

Delivery attempt failed or address was incorrect
  • The package couldn’t be delivered and is being returned.

  • Contact us ASAP to update your address or request reshipment.


6. Cancelled / Refunded

Your order was cancelled or refunded
  • You requested a cancellation within the allowed time

  • Or a refund was issued due to an issue or duplicate order

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.
